ADO Electric Bicycles Warranty Information

LIMITED WARRANTY

At ADO, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric bicycles designed to last. We stand by the craftsmanship and engineering of our products, offering a limited warranty for all ADO electric bicycles manufactured from 2021 onwards.


Ⅰ) Lifelong Technical Support

ADO offers lifetime technical support to all ADO electric bike owners. Whether you need assistance with setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting, we’re here to help! Simply reach out to us for expert guidance.


Ⅱ) Free Maintenance Service

The following components of your new ADO e-bike are covered by our warranty, ensuring peace of mind for the original owner.

Frame 10 years 1. Free spare parts and repair video provided. 2. Customers can purchase spare parts from third parties, with ADO covering part of the cost. 3. For issues that cannot be fixed by the customer, the bike may be sent to an official maintenance center. 4. If unrepairable, ADO will replace it with a new frame.

Wearing Parts No warranty coverage for wear parts like handle grips, saddle, pedals, tires, fenders, etc. These can be replaced via the official ADO store.

Warranty Claim Process

To ensure smooth processing of your warranty claim, please provide the following information:

  1. Purchase Platform: Including the platform and seller account information.

  2. Order Invoice: Including the order number, ID, and date.

  3. Email and Shipping Address: Your contact and delivery details.

  4. Issue Description: A brief explanation, along with pictures or videos of the defect.

Ⅲ) Paid Maintenance Service

If your ADO product experiences issues outside the scope of the warranty, ADO offers paid maintenance services for the following situations:

  • Damage caused by non-original parts.

  • Parts or products past the warranty period.

  • Damage from improper use, repairs, or maintenance.

  • Damage from natural disasters or manual impact.

  • Failure to provide proof of damage (e.g., videos or pictures).

  • Modifications to the original product.

  • Wearable parts like coatings, inner tubes, chains, pedals, etc.

  • Water damage.


Required Assembly Upon Purchase

This warranty only applies to bicycles and frame sets purchased as new from authorized ADO retailers.


LIMITED REMEDY

Except where stated otherwise, ADO’s warranty only covers the replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of ADO. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase for the original owner only and is non-transferable. ADO is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, that arise from using the product.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear on parts like tires, chains, and brakes.

  • Servicing by unauthorized retailers or repairs not carried out as per ADO guidelines.

  • Modifications from the original condition.

  • Abnormal use, including competitions, commercial use, or extreme riding conditions (e.g., jumping, downhill, racing).

  • Paint finish or cosmetic damage from extreme conditions or events like races or heavy use.

  • Labor costs for replacing parts.


Water Damage

Water damage is not covered under this warranty.


Additional Terms

  • Warranty claims must be made through authorized ADO retailers or distributors.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • Claims made outside of the country of purchase may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.

  • Warranty details may vary by frame type and country of purchase.

  • This warranty provides specific legal rights that may vary depending on the jurisdiction.
