DYU Cycle Warranty Information
At BiKE ECO, we stand behind the quality of every DYU eBike sold. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all DYU eBikes, covering manufacturing defects and various components. This warranty is available for the original owner of the DYU Cycle purchased from an authorized dealer.
Warranty Coverage
The DYU eBike Warranty covers the following components for a specific period, starting from the date of the original purchase:

Controller | 1 Year | Defects in material and workmanship covered for the first year. |
Display & Accessories | 1 Year | Includes issues related to defects in display, throttle, and other electrical accessories. |
Brakes, Forks, & Tires | 1 Year | Defects in braking and suspension components are covered. |
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Including tires, chains, brake pads, and grips.

Damage Due to Misuse or Accidents: Any damage caused by accidents, crashes, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

Water Damage: Any damage resulting from exposure to water or harsh weather conditions.

Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by installing non-DYU components or unauthorized modifications.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, paint damage, and other aesthetic imperfections are not covered.
Warranty Process

Assessment: Our technical support team will evaluate the issue. In some cases, additional troubleshooting or a video call may be required to identify the problem.

Replacement or Repair: If a part is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for the replacement or repair, depending on the warranty coverage.
Paid Maintenance Service
If your DYU Cycle is outside the warranty period, or if the issue is caused by factors not covered under warranty (e.g., misuse), we offer paid maintenance services. This includes repairs or replacements of non-warranty parts, such as tires, tubes, and cosmetic damage.
Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

DYU Cycle products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms may not be eligible for warranty service.

The warranty does not cover shipping costs for parts returned for repair or replacement.
