WARRANTY PROCESS
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps outlined below:

5. Return for Inspection | You may be asked to return the defective product for quality inspection, ideally in the original packaging or approved packaging. |

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

Accident, Misuse, or Abnormal Use | Includes stunt riding, racing, or other activities inconsistent with the intended use. |
Scratches, Dents, and Cosmetic Damage | Cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty. |
Altered or Damaged Serial Numbers or Barcodes | If the serial number or barcode is removed, altered, or made illegible. |
Ordinary Wear and Tear | Includes any natural wear that occurs over time due to normal use. |
Defects Caused by External Factors | This includes damage from fire, collision, flooding, windstorms, lightning, theft, or external weather conditions. |
Battery Issues | Warranty will be void if the battery is charged with an incompatible charger or used in incorrect equipment. Using a non-BiKE ECO battery that is incompatible with your e-bike will void the warranty, as it can lead to damage. |
Improper Assembly, Maintenance, or Installation | Damage caused by assembly or maintenance not done according to the instructions will not be covered under warranty. |
