ENGWE Electric Bicycles Warranty | Comprehensive Coverage & Support

ENGWE offers a 1-year all-inclusive warranty on all electric bicycles for the original owner, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to all components of your ENGWE e-bike, including the frame, motor, battery, controller, brakes, wiring harness, and other key parts. Our warranty also extends to shipping damages, and we provide replacement parts or full product replacement in the event of defects that cannot be repaired.

What is Covered Under ENGWE Warranty?

ENGWE's 1-Year Warranty guarantees that all parts of the bicycle, including frame, forks, handlebars, motor, batteries, controllers, wheels, and brakes, are free from manufacturing defects. We ensure that each part functions properly, and if a component is found defective, we will replace it or assist in its repair. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or external factors.

What Will ENGWE Do?

If any of the components of your ENGWE e-bike are found defective, we will provide a replacement part and help guide you through the replacement process. In case the part cannot be repaired, a full replacement bike will be issued after a reasonable number of attempts to repair the issue. Any defective components damaged during shipping will also be replaced at no extra cost.

What is Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by the user, including accidents, mishandling, or incorrect assembly.

  • Shipping damage if the bike is shipped using unauthorized services or freight forwarding.

  • Parts that are not compatible with the bike (e.g., third-party parts not sold or authorized by ENGWE).

  • Normal wear and tear parts such as tires, brake pads, cables, and chains.

  • Water damage, extreme riding, and modifications to the original bike design.

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the owner’s manual or use of incorrect chargers.

Terms of ENGWE Warranty

  • This warranty is available only to the original owner.

  • Claims must be made through ENGWE via customer support or authorized retailers.

  • The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, and damages caused by external influences such as accidents or extreme conditions.

  • The warranty will be void if the bike is serviced by an unauthorized technician or modified in a way not intended by the manufacturer.

  • Proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the defective part may be required for processing the warranty claim.

Shipping Damage Claims

Immediately inspect your product upon arrival. Freight damage claims must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. In case of damage, take photos, keep all packaging, and report the issue to ENGWE’s customer support team for assistance. Claims submitted after 14 days cannot be processed.
