SAMEBIKE Warranty Information - 1-Year Limited Coverage

At BiKE ECO, we are proud to offer SAMEBIKE electric bicycles with a 1-year limited warranty, ensuring you enjoy your bike with complete peace of mind. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, protecting your purchase from unexpected issues during the first year of ownership.

What is Covered Under the SAMEBIKE Warranty?

The SAMEBIKE warranty covers the following components for the first 12 months from the date of purchase:

Frame and Structural Parts:

  • Frame: 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

  • Fork: 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

Electrical Components:

  • Battery: 1-year warranty against defects. Excludes damage from power surges, improper charging, or misuse.

  • Motor: 1-year warranty on electrical motors, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Controller & Wiring: 1-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing.

  • LCD Display: 1-year warranty on display defects.

Other Key Parts:

  • Brakes (brake pads, calipers, etc.): 1-year warranty for defects in material and workmanship.

  • Handlebar & Stem: 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

  • Throttle: 1-year warranty for defects in material and workmanship.

What’s Not Covered by the SAMEBIKE Warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear such as tires, brake pads, grips, chains, and other consumable items.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or neglect.

  • Water damage or damage due to exposure to the elements (e.g., flooding, severe weather).

  • Modifications or alterations made to the original product or assembly.

  • Shipping damage when the bike is shipped by third-party services or freight forwarders.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems with Your SAMEBIKE?

If a part of your SAMEBIKE e-bike is defective, BiKE ECO will provide the following remedies:

  • Replacement Parts: If the part is covered by warranty, we will send a replacement part at no cost.

  • Repair Assistance: If necessary, we will guide you through the repair process or direct you to a local authorized repair center.

  • Replacement Bike: In cases where the bike is deemed unrepairable, a replacement bike may be issued.

What You Need to Do for Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim for your SAMEBIKE, please provide the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase or order number.

  2. Clear photos or a video of the issue you are experiencing.

  3. Description of the problem and any relevant details.

Terms of Warranty

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the SAMEBIKE e-bike.

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts at the sole discretion of BiKE ECO.

  • This warranty does not cover shipping costs or labor charges for part replacement.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to approval after inspection.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the provided owner’s manual.

  • Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized service providers.

  • Water damage or exposure to harsh weather conditions, including riding in flooded areas.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips, etc.) or wear from regular use.
