Thank you for choosing GOGOBEST products at BiKE ECO. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and provide a 1-year limited warranty for all GOGOBEST electric bikes and accessories, ensuring your purchase is protected from manufacturing defects.

Limited Warranty Coverage:

1. GOGOBEST Electric Bikes & Frames

  • Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty Includes: Frame, fork, handlebars, seat post, saddle, brake system, motor, controller, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, and other integral components.

  • Warranty Details: GOGOBEST electric bikes are covered against defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a part is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of GOGOBEST.

2. GOGOBEST Battery

  • Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty Details: GOGOBEST batteries are covered against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or water damage.

3. Other Components & Accessories

  • Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty Details: All other components, such as pedals, fenders, reflectors, and kickstands, are covered for 1 year under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as brake pads, tires, tubes, and chains, is not covered.

  • User Damage: Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or modifications to the bike.

  • Water or Liquid Damage: Damage caused by exposure to water, saltwater, or other environmental elements is not covered.

  • Shipping Damage: Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Improper Use: Damage caused by non-standard riding conditions such as extreme sports, off-road riding, or commercial use.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • GOGOBEST will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including injury, property damage, or economic losses.

  • Warranty claims are processed within 12 months from the date of original purchase. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or repair.
